"If
you could start from scratch, bend all the rules,
use only the best ideas,
and
educate everyone, no matter what age or class,
to be the very best they could be,
then
give them the resources they need to make "it"
happen,
wouldn't
that be great!"

| AN EDUCATION REVOLUTION
....... SOLUTION |
|
It is an Education
Revolution which empowers parents and people concerned
with the failures of old-fashioned education.
Communication, participation and information are
key elements in the educational process. We learn
from everything we experience, both in school
and in life. By providing the tools to make the
best educational choices and then offer opportunities
for progressive growth, we can walk together through
all the steps of experiencing life's lessons and
achieving personal success.
|
|
Educate
in all departments, divisions, and areas.
Pulling experience
from High Schools, Colleges, and the Adult Community.
Training technical
skills in all divisions will offer opportunities
to create anything within imagination.
|
| EXAMPLE:
When a student pays tuition at an educational
institution he is purchasing access to experts
who can direct him towards his goals (and
even help him determine these goals); he
is purchasing access to facilities such
as information libraries, research centers,
the job market, and technical production
facilities. He is buying the opportunity
to get an education, but he also has to
work to achieve his goals. When the student
becomes a part of the Educational Institute
and Company itself, he not only gets an
opportunity for the education he has purchased,
but he also receives the benefits of being
a stock holder and sharing in the success
of everyone and every product. Doing a job
well and helping others achieve their goals
will promote success. |
|
|
Production
through education is cost effective and efficient
because of lower wages and overhead.
Ownership
incentives help stimulate participation, improve
work performance,
develop
quality workmanship, and inspire the desire for
continued growth.
