interactive entertainment businesses and their
key elements. To provide assurance to any
investor or business participant that, by
passing through Última Spectra Entertainment's
focus, guidance and integration, any property,
concept, business or market case will be stronger,
better-positioned, and more market-persistent.
It will be based on a sound business case
and a viable business model. It will be well
fitted to a valid market. It will be competently
executed. To ensure that any creative concepts,
products, venues, intellectual properties,
and the business of successfully bringing
any of the latter to market, will be soundly
conceived, integrated, organized, designed,
developed, and implemented. |
| There is significant competition
in the marketplace today for quality filmed
entertainment human resources. This fact is
especially relevant with regard to animation.
Demand for both experienced and non-experienced
animators is on the rise. However, as evidenced
in the following paragraph, the Company believes
it is well positioned to attract both the
quality and quantity of talent it requires.
The Company will have in place sufficient
financial resources (post-funding) available
to both properly compensate its talent pool
and virtually guarantee roughly five years
of continuous employment (continuous is emphasized
because many animators that work on television
series are let go every Christmas, and Imagination
Innovations Enterprises will provide year-round
employment). |
| The Company believes it will
be successful in bringing talent to Northern
California. There continues to be a strong
desire from Los Angeles residents to leave
the area and find employment elsewhere across
all industries in general and in the artistic
community in particular. This is evidenced
by the fact that for at least the last 25
years there has been a steady flow of people
leaving the Los Angeles area and relocating
in many communities all along the West Coast
as far up as Seattle. With all of the merits
of the North State area (natural beauty, recreation,
cleanliness, low crime rates, lack of congestion,
relatively inexpensive housing and living
costs, quality of life, nice weather, etc.)
the Company believes people will relocate
if given an adequate employment opportunity.
Further, there is a strong desire from those
in the artistic communities to work on socially
responsible projects. These are exactly the
type of projects the Company will produce. |
| These people will, in turn,
be used to train aspiring animators from both
in and around The Imagination Innovations
Facility. Further, there are a number of Company
employees and advisors that have significant
and wide-ranging industry contacts which the
Company can rely upon as employees, advisors
or to form business alliances. Don Bluth and
Gary Goldman in particular have an extensive
following of animation industry employees
that have expressed their desire to continue
working with Imagination Innovations Enterprises
